Graduated from University of WA in 2000. Dr Chong has a special interest in geriatric medicine, skin health, travel medicine and men’s health. He is passionate about providing a timely, comprehensive patient care to his patients. Amongst many hats he wears, he is a father to three beautiful children, Chair of Christian Medical Fellowship Australia (WA) and executive leader of Sonlife Church.
Graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2002. Dr Yeo has a wide range of medical skills and experiences having spent the last seven years working in the regional parts of WA. She is passionate about providing a complete and thorough care. Outside of the consulting room she is a super mom to three boys and has special interests in third world medicine.
Dr Ng graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery with Honours in 2001, and completed her internship at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital. Cindy worked in a variety of medical disciplines including emergency medicine, geriatric medicine, obstetrics and gynaecology and paediatrics. She then decided to pursue a career in general practice and completed her fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2009. Aside from work, Cindy enjoys being a mother to three young children, spending time with her family, trying out new recipes, and making and appreciating music.
Occupational therapist in 2003, Flora has a wide knowledge and experience in surgical, geriatric rehabilitation, mental health. What she loves to do is see her patients live optimal lives by managing their health better. In her own time she is busy with her family of three children and in her leisure time she enjoys painting, eating out and spending time with family and friends.
Graduated in 2013, Jess has worked in various health and administrative roles such as pharmacy and GP clinics. You will often be greeted by Jess with a warm and inviting smile as she loves to help and assist patients in need. Her administrative skills enables the team to run efficiently and smoothly. In her own time she loves making coffee, playing Frisbee, netball and travelling.
Lynette did her training at WA School of Nursing graduating in 1981. She has spent most of my nursing career at Swan Districts Hospital until it was closed in 2015, and then moved to the new Midland Public Hospital. She studied for her Nurse Practitioner Master’s degree at Curtin University graduating in 2015. Lynette is passionate about aged care and believes that early intervention helps the elderly remain at home longer and provides them with a better quality of life. She is married and recently celebrated her 35th wedding anniversary. With the freedom of no children, her and her husband have developed the love of travel and seeing remote unique parts of the world in her spare time.

The NDIS has promised to transform access to affordable, stable and accessible housing by giving people with disability real choice and control around where they live and who they live with - a basic human right for all. (https://www.ndis.gov.au/housing-human-rights-ndis-deliver.html).
